Symphony Innovate 2025 · London

For Symphony Innovate 2025, the brand identity evolved into a site-specific environmental intervention at One Bishopsgate Plaza.

Inspired by the Innovation S-Curve, the visual system — originally created in 2020 — was reinterpreted through a slightly deconstructed Bauhaus grid. Circular forms were fragmented, layered and allowed to drift, overlap and break rhythmically, entering into a direct dialogue with the pavilion’s architecture rather than imposing a rigid grid onto it.

The fully glazed pavilion is an inherently difficult surface for branding: asymmetrical, transparent, reflective and highly visible from multiple viewpoints. Instead of treating these constraints as limitations, the identity responds to them — floating across angled glass planes, embracing transparency, and using rhythm and repetition in place of symmetry. From a distance, the pavilion reads as a single branded volume; up close, it reveals detail, layering and movement.

The undertaking required precise spatial planning, careful alignment across glass panels, and a deep understanding of scale, material behaviour and sightlines. These considerations elevate the work beyond visual impact alone, into serious architectural-brand thinking.

The pavilion became the physical anchor of the conference, setting the tone for an identity that extended seamlessly across motion, stage design, streaming graphics, print and digital touchpoints.

A dialogue between brand and architecture — and the most demanding, and defining, expression of the Symphony Innovate identity to date.
